Facilities

Manidhrama Biotech Private limited has an industry standard and high caliber research grade equipments and instruments. In order to fulfill our mission of creating next generation biotech leaders, a continuous and never ending up gradation of lab infrastructure is being employed. MDBPL laboratory is set up in an area of 1500 sqft and has designated laboratories for instrumentation, Fungal Production and bacterial production unit. Dedicated and clean supply of utilities like Steam, Water supply, Air, Power back up, Air-conditioning, RO-Plant are available at the production center. For efficient communication and literature search wireless Internet and Intranet is available. Below is a brief description of the facilities presently available at the company’s center.

Plitol scale fermentation facility
PLC based fermenter of 7 Lt, 20 Lt & 100 liter working volume, double door autoclave. The fermenter are equipped with temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, foam, mass-flow and agitation speed controls.
Enzymology Lab
For screening and assay systems for industrial and specialty enzymes.
