The cylindrical sterilizer’s exterior made up of stainless steel and interior made up of mild steel with attractive painting. To tighten the lid, wing nut type system provided. Heating elements are present in the bottom as immersion type. The unit is fitted with Neoprene Rubber Gasket to ensure tight sealing.
The cylindrical sterilizer is tested for up to 30 Psi of hydraulic pressure to ensure safety. The cylindrical autoclave is provided with Pressure gauge, Steam release cock, spring-loaded safety valve. Double walled, inner chamber 16swg thick of stainless steel sheet of grade 304, outer shell made of stainless steel. The boiler and outer shell is providing with air insulation. Lid is made of stainless steel plate and radial locking system. Lid is mounted on a central screw and is provided with best quality joint less neoprene gasket to avoid any risk and trouble free operation. These autoclaves are fitted with paddle lifting device to open /close the lid. This Double walled sterilizer can be set at any pressure of 5 to 25psi. Provide with drain valve. Glass indicator fitted to indicate the water level inside the chamber.
